How long will my order take to be delivered?

We offer FREE delivery within 5 - 9  working days of your order subject to the item being in stock. All products that are out of stock will be clearly marked with the expected arrival date. If you require delivery quicker than this, please give us a call on 0800 433 7150 and we will try and help. There may be a surcharge for express delivery.

What are your delivery charges?

We provide FREE delivery on all deliveries to mainland UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside of Mainland UK. For delivery to UK Islands please give us a call and we will be happy to get a shipping price for you.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland?

No -  We only deliver to mainland UK.

Do I have to assemble the goods myself?

The majority of our furniture is fully assembled. Sometimes for larger items such as beds, tables and wardrobes it is not possible to factory assemble. There is minimal assembly required for these items. There is full instructions and tools included and our customer support can be called if you are having difficulty. Assembly should take approximately 10-15 minutes for two people.

How do I pay?

Payments can be made via our secure checkout using Paypal or our own service which is powered by Stripe. We accept most major credit cards and visa cards. If you prefer you can pay by cheque or directly to our account. Call our customer support to arrange this on 0800 433 7150

I have seen some products that I am interested in buying. Do I have to buy online?

No , you can also order by phone. Give us a call on 0800 433 7150 and one of our agents will be happy to process your order

Is it safe to pay by card online?

Yes, Our payment system is fully encrypted for security and we do not store any card details on our system. We treat customer privacy and security very seriously.

Does your furniture contain veneer?

We only use veneer where it adds to the quality and style of the product. Sometimes to prevent solid wood from cracking and splitting we use veneer. We only use the best quality veneer that is at least .6mm in thickness. We have over 40 years experience in manufacturing furniture and we never compromise on quality. After all we do not want unhappy customers. We have built our name on providing the best products accompanied by the best service

What if I see the same product cheaper somewhere else?

We guarantee that if you find an identical product available somewhere else we will sell it for the cheaper price.

Are my goods guaranteed?

We provide a 12 month guarantee on all goods. Just give us a call if you are not 100% satisfied and we will arrange collection of the goods and a refund. We will pay for the return delivery of any items that are faulty.
